I have more than ten years of progressive experience across management consulting and line management. My first job was to set-up sales organization for Pepsi in a small state in India. I started 450 distributors, recruited a new team and started operations from scratch. It was a thrilling experience! After that, I went on to live a dream at start-up operations of Mars in India. I was a part of the team that established a new business – set up new channels, worked with the emerging modern retail businesses and set up sales and distribution processes – for Mars in India. Later, at Accenture Management Consulting, I worked with many large clients and solved complex business problems. Client projects such as sales transformation at a large automotive company which led to 3X sales growth were transformative experiences! In my most recent role, I lead Philips’ foray in the domestic water purification business.
