Since the end of 2013, Almoktar Allahoury is the CEO of CIPMEN, the first business incubator in Niger. He is also founder and associate at Arweil Group and Nexture Consulting, two startups based in Niger and France.
From 2008 to 2013, Almoktar worked at Accenture Consulting in Paris where he lead projects to improve business process and better use technology for his clients in the utilities sector. Then, in 2012 he took a sabbatical year from Accenture and worked as a project manager at Performance Management Consulting (PMC) in Senegal. During that year, he took on another type of project to support African enterprises from diverse sectors of activities (transport, logistics, banking and energy) in the sub region to define their strategic development plan.
Almoktar graduated with honors in information system management from 3IL engineer school of Limoges in France. He is one of the founders of the main think tank in Niger called Cri De Cigogne (CDC).
