I’m an entrepreneur with a background in program evaluation and economic development policy. Since mid-2012, I’ve worked full-time launching Farolito (Spanish for streetlight), which combines skill- and psychometric-testing with rigorous analytics to improve workforce quality and retention in early career positions for companies operating in Latin America. I’m driven by a strong belief in the economic potential of the countries where I work and the ability of the right market solutions to drive that growth.
