Antonio is a recent 2014 MBA graduate of MIT Sloan, where he focused on entrepreneurship and venture capital in emerging markets. He is currently a managing partner at Capital Invent, a Mexican-based VC firm focused on investing in tech startups. He is also an active angel investor and is part of the Fabrice Grinda and Jose Marin Investments group.
He has experience in finance, corporate law and economic development. Prior to Sloan, he worked for 4 years as senior analyst at Sabino Capital, a Mexican-based hedge fund. He also worked as a consultant in the Public Office of the President and before, as a legal intern at Barrera, Siquieros y Torres Landa, a renowned Mexican law firm. He graduated with honors from ITAM University, where he studied Economics and Law.
