Michael Braimah is a Nigerian entrepreneur. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Scrynt, a self-service platform for custom apparel, which was founded in February 2015.
Prior to founding Scrynt, Braimah started his career as an investment banker with UBS Investment Bank, where he advised companies in the Metals & Mining and Paper & Pulp sectors on strategic initiatives. After UBS, he worked as an English language tutor for the Amal Salé Association in Rabat, Morocco before moving on to work as an investor in distressed assets for Kaizen Venture Partners, a principal investing firm in Lagos.
Over the course of his career, Braimah has also worked as an analyst for QVT Financial LP, a multi-strategy hedge fund in New York, where he focused on special situations. Most recently, he worked as a private equity investor for Endeavor Energy, a portfolio company of Denham Capital Management LP, a leading energy-focused global private equity firm.
Braimah holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
