Orinola ("Ori") is an entrepreneur in Nigeria’s retail sector. He is most recently the Co-Founder and is CEO of Eve & Tribe, Nigeria’s fastest growing women’s apparel and lifestyle brand founded in Nov, 2013.
Orinola began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions division of Lehman Brothers Plc. Post Lehman, he embarked upon a career as a Private Equity Investor with both Vestar Capital Partner L.P., one of the U.S.’ leading buyout funds, and Helios Investment Partners, Africa’s most reputable principal investment firm.
During the course of his career, Orinola has also served as the interim head of a $1.5Bn U.S. healthcare business (a Vestar portfolio company); as a Special-Situations Advisor to the Head of the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Project (N-LNG Ltd); and as a commodities trader in Singapore.
Orinola holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
